Three steps to a successful transformation

1. SNP System Scan: Determine need for transformation
   SNP System Scan performs a detailed analysis of business processes supported by SAP^® software, which provides all the relevant information needed for the transfor-mation.
2. SNP Analysis: Plan a migration strategy
   SNP Analysis defines the project and clarifies all organizational and technical frame-work conditions. The SAP^® system landscape is represented graphically, and, with drag-and drop functionality, you can play out various transformation scenarios and learn about the feasibility and cost of the transformation. After project planning, you can carry out more in-depth analyses to automatically generate work lists and transformation rules.
3. SNP Project Cockpit: Perform the transformation
   SNP Project Cockpit provides standardized procedures to plan, organize, control, execute, monitor, and document the SAP software transformation. All project-related activities and documents are mapped in the cockpit to give you a consolidated view of the complete transformation process. In addition, comprehensive testing, risk management, and compliance functions are integrated. You can navigate intuitively and systematically through the individual phases of the project and insert the appro-priate transformation tools.

Specialized solution modules

Depending on the transformation, SNP Transformation Backbone contains various task- and industry-specific solution modules.
